Absolutely NOT! I’ll be honest, as a clinician myself I don’t want to have to sit through any more boring courses or modules myself. So I’m not going to put you through more of that either! The modules in the Nourished Nurses Association are short, podcast-style videos so you can listen to the program material little by little as you drive to and from work or while you’re out on a walk fitting in that intentional movement.

There isn’t one. You will have immediate access to proprietary information and materials that will teach you everything you need to know to lose the workplace weight gain as a busy nurse. Do not purchase this program if you don’t intend to complete it because there are no refunds once you have access to the materials. Yes, I get it… Purchasing this program makes it really real that you’re investing in your long-term health and taking a bet on yourself. But you are SO worth it!
There’s a lot of information to cover in this program but I made sure to break it up into digestible chunks so you don’t get overwhelmed. Since this is a self-paced program, you can take all the time you need. However, you’ll ideally want to dedicate 1-2 hours each week to diving into the program information and implementing what you’re learning to have the best results. It’s a “get out what you put in” kind of program.
No, I do not. From my experience as a Registered Dietitian working exclusively with nurses, macro tracking and calorie counting are not sustainable practices for busy nurses like yourself when it comes to reaching your nutrition goals. However, in this program I will teach you the basics about macros and calories so you can make educated food decisions that are right for YOU.
As soon as you join the Nourished Nurses Association you get access to the modules and materials as well as the community. If you dedicate 1-2 hours a week to learning and implementing the information in NNA, you can expect to work through the materials in ~12 weeks. However, you have lifetime access to the entire program so you can always refer back to any information and ask questions in the community anytime!
While I can’t make any guarantees because everybody is different and has different goals and needs, I can confidently say that the SHIFT Method (the method that you’ll learn in this program) has been created using a proven, science-based framework. But here’s my moment of truth: The results you’ll see will be a direct reflection of the work you’ll put in. I promise to show up for you every step of the way but I can’t do the work for you.
