How do I know the Nourished Nurses Association will work for me?

I can’t make any promises because only YOU know if you’re going to do the work. But if you do the work, you will absolutely have the resources you need to live a balanced life and reach your weight-loss goals. If you show up for yourself in a big way, you will have big results!

How long do I have access to the program materials?

You will have lifetime access to the modules and materials! If you’re absolutely loving the community support after your initial 3 months, you can continue to be a part of the community!

What if I can’t make it to the live coaching calls?

That’s totally okay… You won’t miss a thing! The weekly live coaching calls will be recorded and the replays will be posted in the community because I understand that nurses are working on all shifts - days, nights, and weekends - and I want to make sure you don’t miss out on anything!

Is this just another course? I’m already so burned out from all the courses I have to take at work.

Absolutely NOT! I’ll be honest, as a clinician myself I don’t want to have to sit through any more boring courses or modules myself. So I’m not going to put you through more of that either! The modules in the Nourished Nurses Association are short, podcast-style videos so you can listen to the program material little by little as you drive to and from work or while you’re out on a walk fitting in that intentional movement.

Is this the same as 1:1 nutrition coaching?

No, the Nourished Nurses Association is NOT the same thing as 1:1 nutrition coaching. If you feel like you need a higher level of support in reaching your nutrition goals than what this program has to offer, you can email me at kara@karawilsonnutrition.com.

What is your refund policy?

There isn’t one. You will have immediate access to proprietary information and materials that will teach you everything you need to know to lose the workplace weight gain as a busy nurse. Do not purchase this program if you don’t intend to complete it because there are no refunds once you have access to the materials. Yes, I get it… Purchasing this program makes it really real that you’re investing in your long-term health and taking a bet on yourself. But you are SO worth it!

I’m a really busy nurse. What’s the time commitment like for this program?

There’s a lot of information to cover in this program but I made sure to break it up into digestible chunks so you don’t get overwhelmed. Since this is a self-paced program, you can take all the time you need. However, you’ll ideally want to dedicate 1-2 hours each week to diving into the program information, attending any live coaching calls you wish, and implementing what you’re learning to have the best results. It’s a “get out what you put in” kind of program.

Do you provide personalized calories or macros in this program?

No, I do not. From my experience as a Registered Dietitian working exclusively with nurses, macro tracking and calorie counting are not sustainable practices for busy nurses like yourself when it comes to reaching your nutrition goals. However, in this program I will teach you the basics about macros and calories so you can make educated food decisions that are right for YOU.

When does the program start and how long is it?

As soon as you join the Nourished Nurses Association you get access to the modules and materials as well as the community. Then, you’ll continue to have access to the community for 3 months. But you'll have the modules for life!

Will this program really help me lose weight?
 

While I can’t make any guarantees because everybody is different and has different goals and needs, I can confidently say that the SHIFT Method (the method that you’ll learn in this program) has been created using a proven, science-based framework. But here’s my moment of truth: The results you’ll see will be a direct reflection of the work you’ll put in. I promise to show up for you every step of the way but I can’t do the work for you. I want you to commit right now to showing up for YOU too because you are so capable and deserving of all the success in the world!

Who is not a good fit for the Nourished Nurses Association?
